Fortnite Week 6 Challenges Guide
Just below, you can see the full list of Fortnite Week 6 Challenges, taking us past the halfway point in Season 4. Remember that all the Fortnite challenges now go live at the slightly later time of Thursday every week, right around 1 am PST/4 am EST/9 am BST.
We’ve got the usual elimination and treasure challenges in the complete list just above. Despite the SMG eliminations challenge being marked as one of the ‘Hard’ tasks of Week 6, it’s definitely one of the easier ones, as is the challenge to deal damage with shotguns. Read on for a detailed walkthrough of how to complete every single Fortnite Week 6 Challenge.
Search Supply Drops – Fortnite Week 6 Challenge
This is going to be a difficult challenge for sure, as you’re going to need to position yourself under as many Supply Drops as you can, which only appear partway through a Fortnite match. We should note however that you don’t need to search three Supply Drops in a single match, so you can spread it out over as many matches as necessary.
Deal Damage With Shotguns to Opponents – Fortnite Week 6 Challenge
This Week 6 challenge in simple, as shotguns aren’t difficult to find at all in Fortnite. From here, all you need to do is deal out 1000 total points of damage, and you don’t even have to kill any of the players that you harm.
Search Chests in Loot Lake – Fortnite Week 6 Challenge
Searching chests in Loot Lake might be a difficult challenge to accomplish in Week 6 of Fortnite, especially when there’ll be tons of players landing in the location to try and complete the challenge as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that this one might take you up to seven games to complete, or even more if you’re not one of the first players to hit the ground in Loot Lake.
Remember to head over to our Fortnite Loot Lake chests guide, where you can find a complete list of every single chest location scattered both within the around the lake.
Spray Over Different Carbide or Omega Posters – Fortnite Week 6 Challenge
At the time of writing, we’re currently unsure of how to complete this challenge. We can only assume that Epic will place Carbide and Omega posters in certain locations around the Battle Royale map, and we’ll then have to track them down and spray over them. We’ll update this section of our Fortnite Week 6 guide as soon as we’ve confirmed this.
Search Between a Playground, Campsite, and a Footprint – Fortnite Week 6 Challenge
There’s always one treasure-orientated challenge every week in Fortnite Battle Royale. For this week, you’ll need to search in a location that’s directly between the three objects described on the Battle Royale map.
For a full walkthrough of how to complete this tricky challenge, head over to our Fortnite Playground, Campsite, Footprint guide.
SMG Eliminations – Fortnite Week 6 Challenge
We mentioned it previously, but this is undoubtedly one of the easier Fortnite Week 6 Challenges, since SMGs really aren’t that difficult to find. This type of weapon can often be found lying on the floor of a building, but if you’re really struggling to find one, you’ll want to track down a chest within a named location on the map, like Tomato Town or Salty Springs.
Eliminate Opponents in Retail Row – Fortnite Week 6 Challenge
Finally, you’ll need to eliminate three opponents within Retail Row. Keep in mind that all three eliminations don’t need to take place in a single match, and you also don’t necessarily need to land straight in Retail Row to find players to take out straight away.
This might be the conclusion of our guide to the Fortnite Week 6 Challenges, but keep in mind that we’ll be updating this guide as soon as the challenges go live later this week. For now, head over to our best Fortnite skins page, or our Fortnite Disco Ball location guide for how to dance in the correct location near Loot Lake.
