Fortnite Pleasant Park Treasure Map Guide – Week 7 Treasure Map
As veteran Fortnite players will know by now, there are always a total of seven new challenges of every week in Battle Royale, but only if you own the latest Battle Pass, earned by shelling out V-Bucks. Head over to our complete Fortnite Week 7 Challenges guide, if you need a walkthrough of how to complete the six other challenges this week, which all went live on Thursday, June 14 around 1 am PST/4 am EST as usual.
But this one tricky challenge, which actually wasn’t leaked beforehand, tasks you to ‘Follow the treasure map found in Pleasant Park’. If you’ve not been playing Fortnite Battle Royale for long, you might think that you need to find the treasure map within Pleasant Park, before heading to the final location of the buried treasure elsewhere on the Battle Royale map.
But this is just wasting time, as you can instead skip out on finding the treasure map in Pleasant Park entirely. The final location of the buried treasure on the Battle Royale map is just outside Tilted Towers, the location that everyone thought was going to be destroyed back when Season 4 of Fortnite first kicked off.
You need to head to the small hill, just on the southeast side of Tilted Towers. You’ll need to stand right in the middle of the small clearing at the top of the hill, in order for the buried treasure star to actually appear. As soon as it’s appeared, collect it immediately by holding down Square/X. You’ll now need to finish the Battle Royale match, either through dying or through a Victory Royale, in order for the challenge to be counted as complete.
Keep in mind that you never actually need to find the treasure map in a treasure challenge in Fortnite, so long as you know where you’re going. If you know the final point of the treasure, you can just head straight there and claim it for yourself.
