Fortnite Android Beta is now available on all compatible devices. You no longer need an invite, just a capable Android device to play Fortnite on the go.
Fortnite on Android was first released as a Samsung Galaxy exclusive, with invites rolling out to select compatible devices. Now, any Android device that meets the system requirements can play Epic’s massively-popular battle royale game without an invite to the beta. Here are the recommended system requirements:
- OS: Android 8.0 or higher, 64-bit
- RAM: Recommended 4GB or higher
- GPU: Adreno 530 or higher, Mali-G71 MP20, Mali-G72 MP12 or higher
As a reminder, Epic has its own launcher for Fortnite forgoing the Google Play Store. This did however leave a safety vulnerability in Epic’s in-app launcher, which Epic quickly fixed. You can download the beta through the Fortnite website.
