Fortnite Week 8 Challenges Guide
As you can see from the list just below, the Fortnite Week 8 Challenges are as mixed as always, tasking players with activities like using a Vending Machine, reaching three Taco Shops in a single match, and searching in between three boats, somewhere on the Fortnite Battle Royale map.
How Hard are the Fortnite Week 8 Challenges?
Breaking down the Fortnite Week 8 Challenges one by one, the task of finding and using one Vending Machine is fairly easy, and you can head over to our Fortnite Vending Machines guide if you need a complete run through of the potential locations of every Vending machine across the Fortnite Battle Royale map.
You’ll have to scour some of the tougher, more populated places across the Fortnite map if you want to get your hands on an explosive weapon to complete the next Week 8 Challenge. You can nearly always find more powerful weapons in chests, and chests are mostly found in named locations across the map, meaning you’ll have to fight it out with other players to claim a powerful weapon.
Searching seven chests in total across Snobby Shores could be a fairly challenging task, but keep in mind that you need to accumulate seven chests searched in the location throughout all the Fortnite Battle Royale games you play once the Week 8 Challenges have gone live, and not during a single game.
The rest of the Fortnite Week 8 Challenges are all designated as ‘Hard’ by the game itself, starting with the task to ‘Search between three boats’, in order to find the Bronze Star buried there. You’ll therefore have to track down the exact spot in between the three boats that the challenge describes, which could theoretically be anywhere on the Fortnite Battle Royale map.
Next, you’ll need to bag yourself an assault rifle and eliminate five opponents across as many games as necessary. This shouldn’t actually be too difficult to complete once the Week 8 Challenges go live, as assault rifles themselves actually aren’t that hard to come by if you scour enough chests and houses, especially in named locations.
Finally, you’ll need to eliminate three opponents in Dusty Depots, which is definitely one of the more popular locations to land in Fortnite Battle Royale. Although defeating three opponents in a hectic location is tough, you can do it across multiple Fortnite matches, meaning it ultimately shouldn’t actually be that hard.
We might be all done with this Fortnite Week 8 Challenges guide, but make sure to continue ahead to our Fortnite skins page where we’ll rank the best outfits available in the game, or out Fortnite Mobile guide if you want to know how to download and play the game on the go. We’ve also got all the Fortnite Week 9 Challenges sorted for you.
