In a year of photo modes Eidos may have just one-upped the competition thanks to a new update to Shadow of the Tomb Raider that lets players customize Lara Croft’s buffness.
A new setting in the Shadow of the Tomb Raider photo mode called « muscle intensity » players can make it so that Lara’s arms go from « Do you even lift? » to « Yeah I lift, just try me. » It’s great, actually and is definitely one of the more fun customization options for any photo mode.
It’s been a good year for photo modes. God of War featured a particularly good one, but the year’s best might have been Spider-Man PS4’s which let players use custom, comic book-inspired frames and filters.
In related news, Shadow of the Tomb Raider is hosting a free trial available now on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Players can download a demo that includes several early levels in the game, perhaps hoping to capitalize on Tomb Raider’s Game Awards nominations amid reports that sales for the series has declined.
